We use the freshest and highest quality ingredients, sometimes unusual. Our cuisine is constantly evolving. Every season we study a new menu, we elaborate it using fruit, vegetables and legumes according to the season.

The presentation of the dish is as important as its flavor. Our restaurant stands out for its aesthetic care and attention to detail in the arrangement of the components on the plate. Our ultimate goal is to try to amaze and involve our guests in a multisensory experience.

MENU

In our restaurant, we are inspired by the wonderful ingredients that each season offers us. We use fresh vegetables, fruits, greens, herbs and flowers to create menus that change with the rhythm of the seasons.

Our dishes, mainly fish-based, are the result of a continuous search for new and surprising combinations. Each culinary creation is designed to arouse emotions and give an unforgettable experience to our guests.

The recently renovated room is elegant and minimal, where guests, comfortably seated on Zanotta armchairs, are pampered and served with care and professionalism by an attentive and discreet staff led by Manger Natalia.

PHILOSOPHY

The philosophy of our restaurant is to use only the highest quality ingredients. We prefer fresh fish caught in the Mediterranean Sea, with attention to the seasonality of the ingredients that accompany it.

This leads us to be in continuous evolution, changing the menu with each season.

Following the seasonality and quality of the ingredients stimulates the constant search for new combinations of fish with vegetables, fruit, herbs and seaweed.

With each change of the menu, chef Cuccu elaborates the dishes, finding inspiration not only from tradition, but also using new techniques, new combinations and new ingredients. The search for the authenticity of flavors, the respect of the ingredients aimed at capturing the essence of the raw material, balance of taste, are the principles of cooking that mark and guide our work.

At the Mar’è restaurant you can find a fish cuisine, ranging from tradition, often reinterpreted, to fusion cuisine, whose ultimate aspiration is to transport you to a multisensory exploration.

Head Chef

IOur chef Stefano Cuccu has dedicated his life to improving himself and growing as a man and as a chef.

In many years of work and career he has acquired knowledge and skills in many cuisines.

His culinary roots are rooted in the rich tradition of Sardinian and Italian regional cuisine.

Over the years, the encounter with some cuisines other than Italian, such as Japanese, Thai, French and Mexican, has allowed him to learn about new ingredients with characteristics often different from those he has always used.

The fascination of this new dimension has brought curiosity to him, arriving over time to include these new flavors in his culinary world, achieving the goal of fusion cuisine.

Our restaurant is located near the DUOMO

In our restaurant we do not impose a dress code on our guests, however we kindly ask that you do not wear shorts or sandals.

We welcome our young guests. Please note that the restaurant does not have high chairs.

We are a pet friendly restaurant. We kindly ask you to pay the utmost attention to respecting other guests. For special requests, please contact us in advance.
